Triaxis RES Special-Purpose Mortar
RES-I is a cementitious based zero contraction, zero expansion grouting material, comprised of high-quality silica sand, cement, shrinkage reducing agent, and high-efficiency drying agents in an even mixture. The product is simple to apply, and ready to use with the addition of water – curing to a highly durable, long-lasting, contraction/expansion-free state. RES-I is capable is self-levelling, but retains pliability for a relatively long period of time. On completion, the surface is naturally smooth and level, overcoming the issues of unevenness, fracturing, fragmentation common to traditional mortar. This product was specifically developed to meet mandated specifications for use as heavy-duty grout in the construction of basin-type supports for simple-support box girder bridges within passenger rail systems.
【Primary Uses】:
The reinforcement of bridge supports; the repair and filling of concrete; gap-filling in top-down or semi top-down construction; the securing of anchor bolts for mechanical equipment.

Water-Powder Ratio: 0.17; Usage Quantity: roughly 1850~1950 kg/m3.
【Packaging & Storage】：
Moisture barrier packaging, with a volume of 25 kg per sack.If left sealed within its original packaging, the product bears an effective shelf-life of 3 months.

(1) Precasting Type: For the grouting of precast bridge supports.
(2) Cast-in-Place Type: For the grouting of cast-in-place bridge supports, primarily for large-scale road and rail constructions.
